Zooni custom leathers are hand-manufactured in San Jose, California using top-grade US leather. All our custom suits and jackets come equipped with:
- Highest quality 1.5 millimeter U.S. Leather
- Hard plastic armor for shoulders, elbows, knees and shins
- Impact absorbent Memory Foam hip pads
- Kevlar fabric inserts under arms, crotch, and behind legs
- Perforated chest panels for superior air-flow from shoulders to hips
- Stretch (accordion) panels above the knees and lower back
You choose from seven unique designs with customizable colors or you have the option to create your own original one-of-a-kind design!
