Zooni custom leathers are hand-manufactured in San Jose, California using top-grade US leather.  All our custom suits and jackets come equipped with:

• Highest quality 1.5 millimeter U.S. Leather
• Hard plastic armor for shoulders, elbows, knees and shins
• Impact absorbent Memory Foam hip pads
• Kevlar fabric inserts under arms, crotch, and behind legs
• Perforated chest panels for superior air-flow from shoulders to hips
• Stretch (accordion) panels above the knees and lower back

You choose from ten unique designs with customizable colors or you have the option to create your own original one-of-a-kind design!

Add extra safety features like a speed hump or additional Memory Foam pads for increased protection.
